Her sire, Dually Pepped Ted, is Dual Pep bred on the top side and Smart Little Lena Bred on the bottom. Her dam, Peptos Freckled Sue, is sired by Quite A Boon who has life time earnings of nearly $70,000 in the NCHA. Her grand dam, Meradas Little Sue, is a 3 time NCHA world champion, a member of the NCHA Hall of Fame, and is the 1996 NCHA Horse of the Year. Nugget was imprinted at birth and handled daily. She halters, leads, and stands ground tied for hoof care. She has an amazing temperament and is very trainable. Nugget is very athletic and shows tremendous potential as a performance horse in the arena.
